visible\">办案质效分析报告显示，今年上半年，全国检察机关坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入学思践悟习近平法治思想和习近平总书记关于树立和践行正确政绩观的重要论述，持续做实高质效办好每一个案件，各项检察业务稳中有进、稳中向好。刑事诉讼监督案件同比上升，不捕率、不诉率、认罪认罚从宽制度适用率、量刑建议采纳率均保持平稳；优化省级检察院提请最高检民事抗诉程序，提请抗诉案件数同比上升；行政检察监督、公益诉讼检察案件总体平稳，检察基本职能持续加强。无罪判决人数三年来同期最低，民事、行政抗诉和再审检察建议法院审结后改变率同比上升，公益诉讼检察起诉后法院支持率继续保持高位，接收群众信访同比上升但涉检信访同比下降，办案质效持续提升。最高检坚持以上率下，带头强化履职、狠抓办案，案件受理数、办理数为四年来最高，案件办结率持续提升，办案时长进一步缩短，加快构建高质效办案制度机制体系，会同相关部门出台有关司法解释和规范性文件，对下指导有力有效。报告还对需要关注和进一步研究的问题作了重点分析和提示。<\/span><\/p><\/section><\/section><\/section><p
