16px\">经查，涉案男子系被害人亲属，因一时糊涂私自窃取舅妈家种植的牛油果售卖，案发后嫌疑人主动到公安机关投案，并如实供述犯罪事实，真诚认罪悔罪，取得了舅妈一家的书面谅解并就赔偿事宜达成合意。<\/span><\/p><p><span leaf=\"\"><br\/><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">知悉该案后，承办检察官全面审查案件事实与证据，因该案属于同村亲属间盗窃，涉案金额不大，嫌疑人无刑事或行政处罚前科，具有自首法定从轻情节，并已获被害人谅解，社会危害性较小。秉持宽严相济刑事司法政策，兼顾亲属关系维系与社会和谐稳定，我院充分考虑该案特殊性，承办检察官督促嫌疑人按约定对被害人损失进行了赔偿，在审查了公安机关立案理由说明后，认为该案符合撤案要求，依法作出撤案监督决定，监督公安机关依规撤案，同时开展行刑反向衔接，督促公安机关对违法嫌疑人作出行政处罚。<\/span><\/p><\/section><\/section><\/section><\/section><p><span
